Q. How do I place an Order?

Secondly, call us with your delivery details (01 269 39 39). Have your credit card ready.
Thirdly, you will receive your Order Number for your delivery. This will allow you change or add onto your order should you wish. It is also a security precaution. No Order Number - no order change!

Q. May I customise my Order?
A. Yes, balloons may be ordered individually to create a custom arrangement.
Q. What are the charges to place a delivery order?
A. Balloons; There is a €25.00 minimum Order.
Gift Items; Ask for details.
Delivery Charge; from €33.00.

VAT (Sales Tax) is INCLUDED in prices quoted.
Q. How late can I place an order?
A. Midday - for same day delivery. Large/ corporate orders require earlier booking.
Q. How far in advance may I place an Order?
A. No limit.
Q. How can I confirm it has been delivered?

Q. How can I cancel or postpone my order?
A. Orders can only be cancelled or postponed by contacting one of our crew by telephone during normal business hours.
Always have your Order Number with you when you call.
Q. Can Partyshop.ie deliver to schools and hospitals?
A. Some schools and hospitals have restrictions regarding delivery hours. Please contact the respective institution for approval, prior to ordering.
Q. What happens if the person receiving the delivery is not present upon delivery?
A. For business deliveries, we will leave the balloons at the place of business if the recipient is absent.
For residential deliveries, we will usually not depart with the delivery until we have made telephone contact with the recipient or someone at the residence where the order is to be delivered. Otherwise we will leave a note in the recipient's letterbox, stating we have called and if possible left the balloons with a neighbour.
Q. How long will balloons float?
A. Latex (rubber) balloons will float from twelve (12) to twenty four (24) hours depending on several factors. Mylar (foil) balloons will float for up to seven (7) days depending on several factors.
Q. Are there tips from preventing balloons from bursting?
A. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and sharp or hot objects. Before releasing a group of balloons to float on a ceiling, release one or two as a test to see if they will float there, as invisable fibre particals in ceiling tiles can pop balloons.
Q. Can I refill Mylar (foil) balloons with Helium gas ?
A. Yes. Please ring and ask us for details.
Q. Is Helium gas safe?
A. Helium is a totally natural, safe, non toxic, non smelling gas.
